the wt for today, can't remember exactly what paragraph, stated the dangers of the tongue.

it went further to mention that we wouldn't want to question the motives of a sister who was appointed in the congregation as a pioneer.

there was even a picture to add emphasis.. who on earth questions that?

There was a small blip in a km around '92-'93 that stated an announcement be made if someone was no longer pioneering. Our congregation never made the announcement.

I wish I had pioneered for the prominence and title. I would have quickly tired of it and realized the bs of it all. I really thought it was the right thing to do and forced myself to continue when the going got tough.

Exactly Billy. She wouldn't have been crying foul if she'd gotten over on the bus driver. She took a risk and lost. I despise young people who disrespect their elders. If her parents had trained her better, this wouldn't have happened.

DATADOG - I think the reason for the delay was that he had to stop the bus first. I think he was in danger with her attacking him while he was driving. And so was everyone else.

There have been quite a few cases lately of older people standing up to young punks. I say good for them.

The incident happened in September. Mr. Hughes was suspended recently, after the video went viral. RTA knows what their drivers are dealing with.

There was a recent case in Kansas City. A group of thugs didn't pay their bus fare and were kicked off by the driver. One of the kids (18 yr old, I think), punched the older male bus driver out cold. The passengers had to assist the driver to get medical help. These drivers put up with a lot.

That day in Cleveland, the universe spoke loud and clear with a textbook uppercut.

The man had been working for RTA for 22 years. He didn't hit her until she spit on him and put her hands on him. He's subject to provocation just like anyone else. He'd had it. And rightly so.

The little (very little) sympathy she is getting is because she's a female.
